Will joins Capstone’s Washington, DC office after more than five years working on Capitol Hill. Prior to joining Capstone, Will served as Legislative Assistant to Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner of Wisconsin, covering a diverse policy portfolio. He brings an expertise on financial services and tax policy as well as workforce development and housing. Will started his career on the Hill as a legislative intern in the office of Rep. Peter Roskam of Illinois. He earned a bachelor’s degree at Marquette University, majoring in English Writing and History, with a concentration in Political Science. Will and his wife reside in Washington, D.C.
