New Rules Give Health Insurers Clarity

It was a clarifying day for the insurance industry on Tuesday, as the Obama administration released long-awaited regulations about how health insurance products must be designed and sold under the Affordable Care Act in 2014. THE WAITING GAME FOR REGULATIONS ISN’T OVER State officials, health-related industries, and employers are still waiting on lots of other rules they need to move ahead with health reform implementation.
