“I meant no disrespect…”

“I MEANT NO DISRESPECT” Don Young, R-Alaska, apologized Thursday for using the term “wetbacks” to describe Hispanic workers on his family farm, The Hill reports. Young released a statement last night, saying that he “meant no disrespect” with his comments. In his apology, Young said he believes Congress should take up immigration reform this year.
