Employer Premiums Up 4%

A new survey of employers from the human-services firm Mercer finds that employer-sponsored health premiums rose at the lowest rate in 15 years during 2012. The rate of growth, 4.1%, was down from about 6% in recent years, and is consistent with recent findings from the Kaiser Family Foundation, which also surveys employer coverage rates.
