Capstone National Partners Adds Kathryn Wellner as Public Relations Manager

Kathryn WellnerMilwaukee (June 25, 2014) – Capstone National Partners is pleased to announce the addition of Kathryn Wellner as Public Relations Manager.

“I’m very pleased to welcome Kathryn to Capstone,” said John Rogers, Capstone’s founder and chief executive officer. “In this new position, Kathryn will bring the professionalism, experience and proactive public relations skills needed to support Capstone’s growth. She will make a great addition to our talented team.”

Wellner brings nearly 20 years experience to this position, where she will be responsible for developing new PR campaigns and initiatives for Capstone’s existing clients, executing media relations plans and budgets, managing crisis communications, and cultivating business relationships with prospective clients. She will also implement Capstone’s internal communications strategy to increase the firm’s awareness and expand its service offering. Wellner has a history of public relations and marketing excellence across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism, Wellner also serves on the board of the FBI Milwaukee Citizens Academy Alumni Association and volunteers at Sojourner Family Peace Center. She is originally from Denmark, Wis. and lives in Milwaukee.
