Americans Want Health Care Exchanges

55% of the public, including majorities of Republicans and Democrats, say state-based health insurance exchanges should be a top priority for their state government, according to a survey conducted by the Kaiser Family Foundation, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and the Harvard School of Public Health.
